Return and Refund Policy

At Suplimart.com, we offer you hassle free 14 days Return policy. You may register your return complaint by e-mailing us at Support@suplimart.com.
 
No question asked Return and Refund Policy:
In case a product is not liked by you, you can create a return order and get the money Refunded, if payment already made; on the conditions that:
* the product is not used or tampered with
* the product is intact with packaging
* the product is in Re-Saleable condition

Because of importer logo, no return request will be entertain as we only deals in genuine supplements and the product you may get may have not importer logo, but we guarantee you the genuinety, 
* (Opened & Used Supplements, Beauty products, Diabetic strips & Lancets, Sexual care, Adult diapers, Women Hygiene products, Oral care are not subject to return. For Flavor like/dislike, Color of supplement Replacement/Refund is not applicable. If there is issues like rashes, stomach upset, vomiting, we request to consult the doctor before purchase since the return/replacement is not applicable once the product is opened).
* Only the shipping/freight Charges will be deducted.
* Replacement & Refund are subjected after QC approval.
* If QC fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.
Note :
* No wallet credit or any other credit or masking of Refund like other e-commerce website.
* However, we can give Health Points  back if you want the Refund to be made in your wallet as Suplimart credit, shipping/freight charges will not be deducted and the wallet will be credited with full Refund amount, which can be used at any of your shopping within 3 months.
* In case Reverse pick up is not available at your address, then you need to courier the product to Suplimart’ s head office. Courier cost will be given to you by issuing the Health Points back of the same worth, which can be used at any of your shopping within 3 months.

A. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If order is cancelled before dispatch, full Refund will be initiated within 72 hours of raising the Refund request.

B. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Refund will be initiated within 72 hours of the Returned goods received back in our warehouse, after deducting the shipping/freight Charges only.
Note :
* No wallet credit or any other credit or masking of Refund like other e-commerce website.
* However, we can give Health Points back if you want the Refund to be made in your wallet as Suplimart credit, shipping/freight charges will not be deducted and the wallet will be credited with full Refund, which can be used at any of your shopping within 3 months.

C. Return of the Product
a. In case the order is damaged in Transit (at the time of receipt):
* Your order will be replaced free of cost, once you refuse the parcel & mentioning on the courier return as damaged goods & retain the copy from the delivery boy and attach it to the RMA being raised.
* Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned goods received back in our warehouse.
* However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
* Incase, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.
Note:

D. Order Received& Found Damaged (after opening the parcel, no damage note to the courier):
* Send the photograph attached (of the damaged parcel box as well as the product) to the   e-mail i.e., support@suplimart.com within 24 hours of the receipt of goods.
* Raise the RMA (Return Management Authorisation), only once the RMA is approved, goods will be returned.
* Order will be replaced free of cost, only if the default is from our end/Courier.
* Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received in our warehouse & approved by the QC team.
* However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made only in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
* In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

 E. Wrong Shipment Made
* If Wrong Size/Flavor/Color/Brand/Model delivered, the order will be replaced free of cost.
* In that case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received.
* However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
* In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

 F. Defective Product Delivered
