Q. How do I order online?

A. Here follow simple steps and get the best products delivered to your doorstep. Since all products will be sealed as per the manufacturer, you can be assured of best quality.

·         Log on to My Account at Suplimart.com.

·         Have a look at the wide range of products that we have. All products are segregated in categories.

·         You can either search by brand or product name and type; you can also browse each category and click on "Add to Cart" from the products page.

·         All purchases are stored in your shopping cart.

·         From the shopping cart you can continue to purchase products by checking out and selecting your preferred mode of payment. We have tied up with all credit card companies and banks to make paying easy for you.

·         You need to follow the payment instructions. Input your billing and shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment.

Q. What is My Account?

A. We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at www.suplimart.com. You can manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, and email ids

·         change your password

·         track the status of your orders

Once the account is created, you do not have to enter the address details again.

Q. Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

A. Yes, In that case you are requested to make a call to our support no. or mail us your requirement at our mail id support@suplimart.com. We will notify you whether we can deliver the desired product or not.

 

Q. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on suplimart.comOctroi, Sales Tax)?

A. There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Suplimart.com . We offer free delivery if the order is above Rs.999 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs. 49 for delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

Q. How do I check the current status of my orders?

A. You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with suplimart.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” / Track your order on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. 
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

 

Q. What does the different order status mean?

A. Payment Pending Authorization:  Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Authorized, Order under Processing:  We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Order Shipped:  Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Order Canceled:  The order was canceled.

 

 

Q. Tracking an order status

A. To track an order status, please call us on ********** and speak with our suplimart team. Please keep your invoice number ready with you. You can also write to us at support@suplimart.comand we will email you your order status.

 

Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

A. On the completion of payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order details.

Q. When and how can I cancel an order?

A. You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state. You can do so by sending us an email to us with the order number.

Q. Any hidden taxes and charges?

A. Nopes. All taxes – VAT for products and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned. You can also see taxes paid in your invoice.
